FOOD EXPO 2019

                Food Expo 2019 is an annual food entrepreneurial activity held to encourage and hone the student’s skills in enterprise concerning the food industry. It aims to promote business management among young learners like us. It also showcases the innovative and strategical thinking of students in entrepreneurship and to provide sustainability of production in the food & beverages that is being served.

                  On the menu…

·      Dumplings:

Ø Set A (2 pcs): 10.00php

Ø Set B (3 pcs): 15.00php

Ø Set C (4 pcs): 20.00php

·       Dumplings with rice (free drinks):

Ø Set A (3 pcs): 25.00php

Ø Set B (4 pcs): 30.00php

(add 5.00php for every additional dumpling)

Rice: 10.00php

Iced tea: 10.00php

Our menu consists of sets where customers are able to choose according to their preference.

Also: We have the most reasonable pricing; each dumpling costs 5 Pesos Only! Not bad, eh? 

                       Experience

                       RICE COOKING ADVENTURE

As you can read from the title, this activity took an unexpecting turn (based off my experience) when me, and my friend (Catherine) had to go home to cook rice because:

a.    There are no available place to cook

b.   There is no equipment needed to cook the rice

So we went and go home, and then cooked the rice and watch sum movie to pass time, bringing with us heavy loads of pots filled with cooked rice. Time is pressure because our booth became really crowded, with high demand of sale and feedback from customers.
